What are your pool floats filled with?
Our pool floats are designed to be filled with polystyrene beads, which provide buoyancy, comfort, and quick drainage for use in and around the pool.
Each float typically requires 150–200L of beads, depending on your preferred level of buoyancy.
Are your floats waterproof?
The outer fabric is made from Olefin, a water-resistant material designed to repel moisture and dry quickly.
The centre panel features a durable, UV-resistant mesh that can withstand exposure to chlorine, sun, and saltwater.
While not fully waterproof, all materials are specifically chosen for performance in and around the water.
Will the beads flatten or compress over time?
Some natural compression is expected with regular use. If your float starts to feel less full, you can easily top it up, replacement beads are available to restore its original shape and support.

What size are the floats?
Each float is designed with a spacious profile, measuring 180cm (L) x 120cm (W) x 10cm (H).
This generous size offers plenty of room to stretch out, making it ideal for lounging solo or relaxing with extra space. The slim 10cm height provides comfort while keeping you close to the water for a more immersive, resort-style experience.
How much weight can the float hold?
Each float has a weight capacity of up to 150kg.
The durable Olefin fabric and supportive polystyrene bead fill are designed to distribute weight evenly, ensuring stability and comfort while lounging.
Can I use my float at the beach?
Yes!
Our floats are suitable for pools, freshwater, and saltwater.
After using it at the beach, we recommend giving it a thorough rinse to remove sand and sea salt, helping maintain the fabric and extend the life of your float.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my polystyrene-filled pool float?
After each use, simply rinse your float with fresh water and allow it to air dry in the shade.
For a deeper clean, gently wipe the outer cover with mild soap and a soft cloth.
Avoid using bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive scrubbers, as they may damage the fabric.
How should I store my float when not in use?

Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight for extended periods or exposed to rain when it’s not in the water, as this helps maintain the fabric quality and prolong the life of your float.
Can I leave my float in the pool all the time?
We recommend removing your float from the pool after each use.
This will help protect the fabric and filling from unnecessary wear caused by constant water exposure, sunlight, and pool chemicals, ultimately extending the life of your float.
Can I replace or refill the polystyrene beads?
Yes. Each float includes a zippered refill bag, allowing you to easily add more beads or replace the filling whenever needed. This helps keep your float feeling full, supportive, and comfortable over time.

How is the float shipped?
Our floats and bead-refill bags are folded, boxed, and shipped via Australia Post.
If you require your lounge to be pre-filled, please contact our customer service team for a customised shipping estimate, as filled floats require special handling.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused floats that are still in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
