How to Fill Your Solay Lounge
This guide walks you through the simple, mess-free process of filling your SOLAY lounge using the included mesh filling bag. Designed for ease and control, the system allows the polystyrene beans to transfer smoothly into the lounge, ensuring an even fill, optimal comfort, and a perfectly sculpted finish. Take your time and follow the steps below for best results.
Step One .
Open the mesh bag filling port to prepare the bag for filling.
Slowly transfer the polystyrene beans from the bean bag into the mesh bag.
A funnel may be used if preferred to ensure a controlled and efficient pour.
As the beans begin to enter the mesh bag, gently shake the bag to maintain a steady flow and prevent blockages.
Step two .
Once the mesh bag is filled to the desired volume, attach and zip the mesh bag onto the internal zip of the lounge.
This zipper is located on the inside of the lounge at the back of the float.
Lift the mesh bag to allow the beans to flow seamlessly into the lounge interior.
Shake and gently mould the lounge to help the beans distribute evenly throughout all chambers.
Step Three .
When the lounge has reached optimal fullness, unzip and remove the mesh bag, then secure the opening with the attached tie.
Complete the process by closing the secondary zip located on the mesh section of the lounge, followed by securing the outer zip
